 My name is Julie Mennealy. I’m writing this letter to inform you of the service I received from my Realtor.

 Let me begin by telling you of my situation. My father passed away in December of 2006. So not only was I an emotional wreck, but I was also at a complete loss of what was going to be my next step in terms of taking care of matter. One of which, I knew would be the selling of my father’s home, Being that I live in South Orange County. I wasn’t familiar with any Realtors in the Norwalk area where my father lived.

 On the day of my father’s funeral, I was talking with a friend. She told me she knows of Realtor. His name was Henry Bruce. She used him to sell her in-law’s home in Norwalk. She had nothing but positive things to say about him. Knowing that “word of mouth” is usually your best referral source. I decided to give him a call.

 I contacted Mr. Bruce the following week and explained my situation to him. We set up a dated to meet at the house so he could take a look and discuss matter. Not only was he honest and up front about what he felt would be a fair asking price for the home, but I found him to also be compassionate, caring and very sensitive considering I’d just lost my dad. Mr. Bruce always conducted himself in a very professional manner.

 I never felt I was being pushed into making decisions that I felt uncomfortable with. Nor did I ever get the feeling that Mr. Bruce was just out to make a quick sell. He appeared to sincerely care for me and my feelings. Not only did he know this was an extremely difficult time for me, but also a difficult decision to sell a home just weeks after the passing of my last living parent.

 After putting the house on the market. Mr. Bruce was in contact with me on a regular basis. Not only did he call me to keep me updated, but if I called him, he always answered his cell phone.

 Outside of selling my father’s home, I felt as if Mr. Bruce was a friend. He went the extra mile to help me. Being that the house was vacant, he made special trips to the house to check on things.  He offered to come over and help me install the smoke alarms.

Would I refer Mr. Bruce to my friends? DEFINITELY. Would I use Mr. Henry Bruce again.  YES.
